Job Description

  • Achievement of new sales revenue targets of Research Intelligence portfolio in parts of South Asia.
  • Understand and address customer needs, develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy in the given territory.
  • Collaborate with segment sales teams to develop targeted sales plans for each region and the execution of these plans
  • Participate in conferences, seminars as a thought leader for building a strong brand image across segments.
  • Develop relationships with ministries and government bodies specifically involved in institutional rankings or research funding.
  • Develop a strong understanding of competitor landscape and be able to successfully position against these.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for new sales
  • Develop a strong understanding of sales metrics and ensures that pipeline, client interactions data, Call plans, opportunity worksheet etc are accurate and up to date.
