• This is a position for for an SAP Support Technician with strong analytical skills and expertise in SAP S/4 and BW/4 to become a member of the SAP COE(Centre of Excellence) support organization.
• Working with the Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to grasp the best knowledge of existing/ new SLF investment product architecture and implement new features in the scope of the project and other project deliverables.
• Design, Development, Testing and Support of SAP Integration and Maintenance jobs.
• The person will be exposed to a variety of assignments, responding to new business service requests/assignments, problem solving, maintaining stability and performing technical implementations.
• Partner with SME s, Developers and other stakeholders.
• Within the operations support component of the role, you will be responsible for system monitoring, primary requests intake, defects triage, escalation, and end users assistance.
• Shift Timings : 12:30 PM IST to 8:30 PM IST with On call support.

• Design and Development
  • Monitoring and analysis of SAP Integration and Maintenance jobs via Control-M;
  • Review and analysis of SAP inbound data processing issues using SAP AIF;
  • Analysis of SAP Application Logs pertaining to the interfaces and maintenance;
  • Initial triage of the defects reported by users;
  • Provide assistance and guidance to the end users;
  • Prompt escalation of the application incidents to the next line of support if unable to resolve by themselves;
  • Immediate escalation of the infrastructure incidents to the company s Cloud Provider;
  • Collaboration with the next-level support teams in order to have the incidents resolved in a timely manner;
  • Ensuring that the end-users are fully aware of their incidents statuses and resolution ETAs.
• Technical Skills
  • Experience working on an SAP S/4 or BW/4 implementation project as an integration support consultant;
  • Experience working with BMC Control-M scheduling software (or its analogue);
  • Experience working with server/infrastructure monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager experience would be a great asset);
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodology

• A degree in Computer Science, related technology degree, or equivalent experience.
