Job Description

Role will include providing production application support, driving design, development, testing and deployment for key customer relationship efforts around rewards, anti-money laundering and bankruptcy analysis. Will need to interface with multiple teams across the enterprise for successful completion of work efforts, including architecture, data management, business development, compliance and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Should be able to spend time and learn CRH processes and help with small changes while adhering to timelines
  • Involved in Designing (HLDLLD), Coding, Unit testing, Component Integration testing , System Integration testing and implementation
  • Participate host calls independently with onshore technology teams in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts
  • Should be dedicated to learning the existing Application functionality and becoming Subject Matter Expert
  • Own the task assigned and keep all the stakeholders informed about the status

Requirements

  • Education: B. E, B. Tech, MCA
  • Certifications If Any: NA
  • Experience Range: 6 to 8 years

    • Mandatory skills

    • Experience in DataStage with LinuxUnix background
    • Developer Role with around 6+ years IT Experience in Development Projects
    • Experience in Architecting new Application and frameworks, providing Design and Solutions for complex projects impacting multiple channels
    • Should be able to spend time and learn CRH processes and help with small changes while adhering to timelines as part of L3 support work.
    • Data security governance expertise
    • Data Warehousing experience, building operational ETL data pipelines across a number of sources, and constructing relational and dimensional data models
    • Ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data sets
    • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting in a clear, timely, and professional manner
    • Proven ability in clearly communicating complex solutions
    • Excel in team collaboration and working with others from diverse skill-sets and backgrounds
    • Should be able to participate or conduct conference calls with tech and business users
