Job Description

DescriptionWe are a design company and good design is integral to everything we do or say. To that effect all our communication whether internal or external should reflect creativity, an understanding of design, tell a strong story and create a lasting impact.You will:

  • Work on refreshing and updating brand s identity to bring it in line with our current positioning and adapt it to a variety of applications
  • Develop a strong design language for the brand
  • Ideate, strategise, develop brand campaigns to effectively communicate brand story/vision, messaging/value proposition to have maximum impact and with a fresh creative outlook
  • Strong storytelling and visualisation abilities to be able to visually communicate design and business strategies
  • Effectively interpret brand and adapt it various platforms such as website, social media, blogs etc.
  • Create, implement and standardise marketing collaterals and ensure consistency and maintenance
  • Strategising, ideation and execution of brand & social media collaterals in line with the strategy
  • Help ideate, design and implement internal brand campaigns
  • Creating graphics and units to visually illustrate our value proposition, service models, assets for website etc.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, web designer and colleagues as necessary.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points
  • Website content management
You Have:
  • A strong portfolio of work in branding, illustration, typography and visual design + Drupal and Wordpress [Elementor]
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Good understanding of diverse channels of communication
  • Ability to interface with Communications colleagues across the different geographies and verticals and execute communications plan in a collaborative fashion
  • Implement communications strategy in support of business strategy
  • We are constantly involved in brainstorming sessions and bouncing off ideas, so you should be open to the give and take of opinions and feedback.
  • Multi-tasking, multi-disciplinary and an ever learning mindset
  • You can work in small teams and be able to take ownership of your projects.
  • Attention to details is a key factor.
  • Proficient skills in working with Adobe tools like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a must. You should have a good understanding of typography and colour theory as well.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to rapidly conceive, visualise & iterate design solutions
  • Experience of working within design &/or brand &/or marketing teams
  • Experience in working in a collaborative team
  • Ability to conceptualise and create videos will be an advantage.
