CONTEXT OF THE SERVICE / PROJECT :In the OBS group , Engineering provides expertise and support for the hosting platforms to external & internal business customers.OBJECT OF THE SERVICE :The mission s object consists in having the whole Database System (SQL Server Neo4J) architecture defined with all other constraints and to define High Availability and Disaster Recovery plans.It requires communication with all streams.SERVICE DESCRIPTION :1. L3 support: level 3 (incident & problem management) support on critical database platforms to Level - 2 teams and SQL Server External / Internal customers2. PreSales support: provide support to the Pre - Sales teams for validating the build process3. release management- technology watch (study , documentation)- vendor technical relations- product release management (industrialization , validation , documentation)- training of Cluster technologies to Implementation & operations teams4. Proof Of Concept: validate new Products and Major Releases related to database technologies with subsequent documentations5. Implementation: perform initial Deployment and Validation of databases6. Catalog owner: development and maintenance of Service and Product catalogDELIVERABLES :Low Level Design Documents (LLD)Disaster Recovery documentFail - over documentation from one physical site to another , with delays and processesFinal architecture document (TAD and FAD)Install documentConfiguration documentTechnical specificationsFunctional Specifications creationAcceptance testsTraining documentsOperational / User guidesWeekly minutesabout you L3 level knowledge in SQL Server Database administration version 20121416.Excellent Knowledge and experience in SQL Server instance installation , configuration , Performance Tuning , DB upgrade , migration , DB cloning.Excellent experience in SQl Server Clustering (Design , Installation , Configuration , Administration)Good Knowledge and experience in Backup and Recovery including native and other tools.Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of database HADR.Excellent knowledge on SQL Server Always ON , Mirroring , Replication and Logshipping.Basic knowledge on SSIS , SSRS , SSAS and SQL Auditing.Good understanding of Windows (powershell Scripting preferred) and virtualization.Good understand in administration of Open source DBs(PostgreSQL , MySql etc) or NoSQL DBs (MongoDB / Couchbase / Cassandra / Neo4j / ElasticSearch etc.)Database migration from Physical to Virtual and Cloud platform.Good knowledge public cloud(AWS , Azure etc) platform.Knowledge on cross DB platform migration( SQL to Postgre etc).Ability to independently drive large scale projects.Knowledge on different infrastructure components( Storage , Networks , OS , Security etc)Good experience in handling Mission critical DB environments and designing DB specific solutions.Willingness to provide database support on rotational basis , 24 X 7 , when needed.Creation of KEDB and RCA for P1 / P2 incidents.Strong communication , presentation skills and Good interpersonal skills and has good client handling experience.Should be a team player and mentor the team when needed.Ability to quickly take ownership of new technologies in hisher technical domain.,
