Automobile Four Wheeler sector with knowledge of sheet metal, surface coating like electro zinc plating, CED coating, rubber, plastic injection molding & Machining process. Review and approval of new supplier child part inspection report and submissionConversant with PPAP Methodology for new parts, modified parts or in case of process, plant and design change.Review of supplier s rejection data and plan for corrective and preventive action.Knowledge of Problem solving tools and techniques.Planning and conducting customer specific audits like Iron Foundry questionnaire (GM), CQI-11(GM), WCMS (Ford), GM Tier-II Audit, Customer audits etc. at Daily suppliers quality problem evaluation and reporting to suppliersInspection of child parts in new product development (NPD) & PPAP approval as per company PPAP checklist.Supplier upgradation, evaluation and target setting (PPM)Internal auditor for ISO/IATFSalary6 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.IndustryManufacturing / Production / QualityWork Experience7 - 9 YearsQualificationB.Tech/B.E,
