Job DescriptionJob Description To take over the major accounting and reconciliation processes. An ideal candidate would have an analytical mind along with thorough knowledge / experience of accounting & corporate finance principles/ compliances. Well organized with a pro-active approach to foresee problems and capable of providing solutions without supervision. Guide and train junior staff on accounting and closing processes. Excellent command over Excel and SAP modules with an eye for details is essential.Key Responsibilities Vendor Management - Invoice processing Handling timely payments and reconciliationVariance and other ad-hoc analysis for each period (Expense/ Payables/ GLs etc.)Posting / managing Journal entries and maintaining GLsComputing and payments of Taxes (GST/ TDS/ Corporate)Return filings Monthly quarterly and yearly closings in a timely manner (preparing BS/ PL/ CF etc.)Regular and ad-hoc reports to ManagementKnowledge and experience of supporting Audits Control proceduresFixed Asset Management experiencePreparing MIS reportsProcess improvement initiativesImport/ Export AccountingRequirementsSkills, Experience and Qualifications B Com/ B Sc/ M Com degree, CA a plusStrong Accounting and analytical skills Possess a high standard of integrity as a finance executiveCommitment and ownershipExperience with a manufacturing or trading company a plusGood communication skills in English Team playerYears of experience 6-12 years of relevant experience,
