We create technology that orchestrates, simplifies, and automates the processes that Amazon uses to procure, collect, pay, and operate. We are a critical area of growth where as a Senior Product Manager Technical (Sr. PM-T), you will be responsible for defining the long-term, cross-cutting product vision to support our Amazon partners to manage, monitor, and continuously improve their work.As the Sr. PM-T you are expected to excel when faced with ambiguity. You have an insatiable appetite for understanding your customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs for the finance space. You will have high judgement and understand which opportunities drive the most strategic value for our customers. You will not be limited by the present and will look around corners, ahead to the future. Successful candidates will enjoy collaboratively working with user experience researchers and designers to craft product features that will surprise and delight our customers. You will use data to make calculated decisions and adjust accordingly as you learn or as situations change. Like a start-up pro, you re prepared to wear many hats., Bachelors Degree 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology Experience with end to end product delivery Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product MBA or equivalent degree Experience with financial business processes and systems Customer driven product development experience, thinks first about the problem and questions the why and is never out of touch with the details of the business Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented with thought leadership Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating opportunities with technical team members Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and organizations
