Exceptional testing skills - Manual as well as Automated frameworks (Selenium, AutoIT, STAF) Hands on experience on - Test Automation, Automated Testing Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Test Case Management (Test Link etc), Bug Tracking Tools (JIRA, MANTIS etc) Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks within the same assignment and prioritize effectively. A highly motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with a team. Strong analytical ability to create innovative solutions, logical and problem- solving approach on complex issues. Excellent verbal/ written communication skills Roles/ Responsibilities: Define and create high- quality manual test cases and automated test scripts. Test execution and bug hunting during functional/ ad- hoc/ regression testing in both Windows and Linux platforms. Track defect s status and work closely with the development team to solve various problems. Review requirements and product specifications and provide feedback. Help to improve product documentation. A self- directed and self- motivated individual who takes complete ownership of the product and its outcome. Communicate issues and status to the team.
