We re happy to consider ways of working that will mean you can perform at your best.Youll have the following responsibilitiesq WAN Good working knowledge of WAN Protocols BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/QoS/DMVPNq Good knowledge on MPLSq Good knowledge on ISR and ASR Series routersq SDWAN Good knowledge on SWAN.q LAN Good working knowledge of Layer2 & Layer 3 switching, hands on experience on 6800, 6500, 4500, 3600, 3800 and 9k series of switches. Should have knowledge of STP, Stacking, VSS concepts.q Good working experience on Redundancy Protocols HSRP, VRRP GLBP, IPSLA and IP tracking.q Good understanding on NAT, NAT-Tq Good understanding of Security Domain :- ESP, VPN Technologies, GRE, IPSec & ISAKMPq Basic working knowledge of ASA and polo alto Firewallsq Good understanding of packet capturing tools : Wireshark etcq Expert level knowledge of packet analysis (TCP Dump)q Expertise on troubleshooting with ISP/Service Providers for Circuit related problems.q Should have good and effective communication skills.q Experience on Cisco Wireless.q Is responsible for managing the LAN/WAN issues for customer within MTTR .q Needs to coordinate with various stake holders Internal and external to progress reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades etc.q Drive Technical Bridge calls till resolutionq Implementation of Incident driven emergency changesYoull have the following skills & experience Qualifications : q Minimum Graduation, or equivalent professional qualifications or experience;q CCNA, CCNP certified with strong technical skills Skills/Experience: q Typically engineering/science degree.q CCIE Trained/Certified.q At least 2+ or more no. years professional experience within tele-communicaCOVID-19 Notice: We ve changed our recruitment process so that we can continue to offer exciting opportunities in BT.
