Key Responsibilities1. Knowledge of the telecommunications network configuration management specifically in the CORE, IP, and Transmission domains required. RAN domain is a plus.2. Work with clients to understand business challenges, use cases and come up with comprehensive, thoughtful, elegant solutions to meet the customer needs.3. Perform detailed business, data, and overall system analysis4. Perform data analysis of large volumes of data using a variety of tools. Identifying data patterns and data scenarios.5. Write clear and concise Vision, Business Needs, Business and Functional Requirements and Technical specifications based on analysis6. Provide creative business solutions working with customers and Product Management team.7. Clearly and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to technical and business audiences in both written and verbal form8. Conduct meetings, brainstorming sessions, and solution presentations for small to large audiences9. Participate in troubleshooting system issues10. Participate in business testing of solutions11. Demonstrate ability to think out of the box and identify opportunities and recommend solutions12. Overall responsibility for the business layer of our Products or Modules within a specific Product.Required Candidate profileRequired Experience and Education1. 10 Plus years developing product based solutions working with customers.2. 10 Plus years of performing Business, Functional, Technical and Systems Analysis3. 10 Plus years in writing business, functional, technical requirements4. Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics or an Engineering discipline5. Master s degree in Mathematics, Economics or an Engineering discipline6. Knowledge and working experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in the CORE, IP, and Transmission Domains. RAN domain is a plus.7. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills8. Experience in SQL, and working knowledge of Oracle or other databases9. Experience in software system development methodologies10.
