Job Description

  • Reporting and Analysis of PPM (Project, Program, and Portfolio ) data to support project control and decision making at all levels in the organization
  • Provide 1st line of support and advice on the organization PPM processes including project setup, financial reporting, timesheet reporting as it impacts projects and programmes
  • Own & Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information assets on the Sharepoint based PPM repository, including conformance to established norms and standards
  • Lead discretionary projects to enhance quantitative analysis & organization reporting capabilities.

  • Education and experience

    • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering & Technology
    • 5 - 7 years experience of working in a global banking or financial services PMO background
    • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office tools Word , Excel (advanced level) , PowerPoint, Visio, Power Bi / Tableau , MS Project (desirable), SharePoint (desirable)
    • Previous PPM tool experience (such as Clarity, Planview, HP PPM, etc)
    • Knowledge and experience of best practice frameworks like PMP, PRINCE2, (desirable)
    • Proven analytical & reporting skills , and ability to draft quality presentations
    • Commercial awareness
    • Working knowledge of financial markets (desirable)
    • Management requirements
    • Ability to facilitate meeting where required and ensure decisions/actions are captured, communicated and tracked
