Job Description

Responsibilities: Scope:

Scope: Support digital analytics and reporting for the e-commerce channel to optimize business with fact-based data.

Tasks
  • Prepare/automate daily business performance reports on Sales, Conversion, Traffic, Traffic source wise conversion and other critical parameters
  • Prepare/automate other ad-hoc analyses and reports on demand
  • Provide assistance on data collection, cleansing and report generation of e-Com key KPIs, Sales performance, product, traffic or other performance reports
  • Assist with the development of standard templates and reports for management
  • Develop insights for all internal external stakeholders to drive additional growth opportunities
  • To work with partner teams and work on defining data processes to solve key problem statements.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Data oriented person with excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel, Automation and Google analytics
  • Knowledge on SQL or Python is a must.
  • Knowledge on Tableau / MicroStrategy / Excel macros is a plus
  • Min 2 Years experience in digital, preferred in an e-Commerce business.
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or in data science
  • Experience working with PowerPoint
  • Must be fluent in English and more importantly must be able to articulate and present data driven insights and its relevancy to business problems well.
