What you will do Lead the software automation team from technical front by planning/ strategizing deliverables and release cycles and guide the rest of the team members. Drive the technical discussions and take decisions to implement the best practices. Lead and own GUI and API automation work. Design and maintain Automation frameworks. Work with team to develop robust verification, validation & release strategies to ensure quality oriented product. What you need Hands- on experience in Automating Web/ Windows/ iOS based applications Experience with Test Automation solutions, such as VSTS Coded UI, Selenium, TestComplete, FIT, Appium, etc. Familiarity with Java, C++, or C# (C# preferred), VB Working knowledge of software IDEs and debugging tools (i.e., Visual Studio/ .NET etc.) Hands on experience in developing Test Automation Harnesses/ Tools Proficient in at least one scripting language & be instrumental in automating regression testing for the product/ assigned areas.
