    Job Title: Academic CounsellorLocation:Noida 126 Experience: 1 Years (Freshers with good communication can apply) Industry: Education / EdTechJob OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-oriented approach.Roles & Responsibilities
    • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options.
    • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups.
    • Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
    • Maintain student data and update CRM regularly.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
    • Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission process.
    Required Skills
    • Good communication and convincing skills.
    • Basic knowledge of counselling and sales process.
    • Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude and team player.
    Qualification
    • Graduate in any field (Education background preferred).
    Working Days & Timing
    • 6 days working (10-7)
