Job Description

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify customer needs, define customer requirements, and create networking solutions to customers emphasizing on our value proposition, differentiators and services (such as IPVPN, SD-WAN, NFV-enabled Cloud-based Network Services, DMVPN, Managed internet services)
  • Prepare proposal documents for local India customers and global project members as needed for NTT global network services.
  • Support sales team to close deals, which will contribute to network services revenue and profit growth.
  • Own solution design and transition of projects from presales to delivery functions, and sales support with proper documentation
  • Work with other appropriate areas of the NTT organisation as needed to create strong customer proposals
  • Provide feedback about the rest of the organisation based on experience gained working on customers solutions to shape the NTT value proposition (i.e. content, capability, technology and volume)
  • This role will require you to undertake frequent customer visits and candidate should be open to frequent travelling.
RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Min 12 years experience of pre-sales, IT consultant and network.
  • Min Degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent with additional certifications such as CCNA etc.
  • Experience in designing geographically-distributed enterprise network solutions
  • Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible character with a strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Team player who can work independently within established guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate, both internally and externally, in an effective, timely professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent presentation making and delivery skills to end customer for NW solution products and services.
Desirable:
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment with geographically dispersed members
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as NFV/SD-WAN
  • Experience in India and global ICT service providers/carriers
