Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies) to attract qualified candidates.
    • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Job Posting: Write clear and compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment between roles and candidates.
    • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the offer acceptance process.
    • Onboarding Support: Assist in the coordination and facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Employer Branding: Promote the companys values, culture, and mission to potential candidates.
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and organizational policies, including diversity and inclusion goals.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (X years) as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
