    Job Title: HR Intern / Talent Acquisition InternCompany: Hanswahini Recruitment & Business Consultants Location: Work from Home Stipend: 10,000 per month Incentives based on performanceHanswahini Recruitment & Business Consultants is looking for proactive HR Interns / Talent Acquisition Interns to support our hiring operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment, eager to build a career in HR, and capable of handling high-volume hiring tasks.Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
    • Daily Outreach: Connect with 50 new applicants dailyvia calls, emails, and messages.
    • Hiring Targets: Successfully close at leastone position weekly for middle and senior-level roles.
    • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and schedule further rounds.
    • Coordination: Liaise between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
    • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records for future hiring needs.
