  • To prepare details of addition/deletion of fixed assets reconciled with Income Tax Chart and bills produce for verification, assets purchased/sold to related parties
  • Responsible for direct and indirect tax compliance as per compliance calendar.
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax return.
  • Assisting in getting Income Tax refunds. and Income tax compliances such as advance tax, income tax computations/ return filings, tax audit report, monthly tax provisioning;
  • Compliance with Income Tax Department w.r.t Income Tax matters.
  • Preparation of Tax Audit Report.
  • Filing of Service Tax report, taking Credits of Service Tax & Excise.
  • To prepare monthly data for financial results and reviews.
  • Managing GST, TDS, Service Tax, VAT compliances independently.
  • Assisting in preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Account & Projection.
  • Representation in the Income tax department for routine matters such as rectifications, appeal effects, refunds, responding to various other income notices.
  • Responsible to ensure proper TDS Deduction, Deposits and filling of Returns and other taxation compliances.
  • Preparation and online submission of Income Tax Return.
  • Preparing financial statements.
