Job Description

To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned partners/locations through proactive relationship & sales management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving Motor insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
  • Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth
  • Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business target.
  • Train & motivate the partners employees on timely basis on product and new developments.
  • Login and Conversion of Insurance.
  • Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
  • To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of General insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through central support center.
  • Create the excitement for Health/Motor Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives.
  • Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth.
  • To identify the execution gaps in selling General Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
Requirement:
  • Good communication skills
  • 1-4 years experience inMotor Insurance.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Minimum one years of experience in Insurance agency Channel.
  • Candidate should be target Oriented.
