Job Posting Title Team Lead / Associate Principal Engineer Summary We are looking for a Development Team Lead/Associate Principle Engineer to build and manage delivery of amazing games for various platform iOS/Android/Web, expert in any of C++ or JavaScript/TypeScript, a solid team leader that loves building amazing products/games, you will be joining a team that lives to make the greatest games in the industry. If you are a creative thinker with an analytical mind; if you love your craft and are dedicated to making your work and yourself better every day, then you are certainly an individual that we want to consider.You will be a working as individual contributor at senior level along with mentoring 3 to 5 engineers with vast experience in C++ and javascript/typescript. You will be responsible for owning complete game development cycle for multiple games, interacting with multiple stakeholders for understanding game requirements and explaining those requirements to other members of team working on the game from Technical Art/QA sideWhat youll do

  • Work as a technical expert by owning 8 to 10 games portfolio on yearly basis for its development with team size of 3 to 5 engineers.
  • Working as a role model on any critical problem at the critical juncture of time
  • Deep sense of owning your work and prioritizing business and team goals ahead of your self interest
  • Interacting with global stakeholders on periodic/regular basis for understanding changing project requirements and accommodating that in pre-defined schedule by minimizing the variance in schedule
  • Provide expertise and help team members with technical guidance throughout SDLC and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
  • Understand, debug and adapt software that was written over several years by countless other contributors
  • Provide coaching, training and mentor your peers and team
  • Work closely with managers locally and globally in planning and execution by providing complexity and time estimates.
  • Reviewing code for different game
  • Expert in C++ or JavaScript/typescript and a minimum of 8 years of Object-Oriented Design and Development experience
  • Experience leading a team as people manager is a plus
  • Experience in gaming domain is a plus
  • Experience on PHP and HTML5, CSS is a plus
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Working on Mac Development environment is plus
  • Ability to debug largescale application/software suits on mobile/web with a minimum of four years of GDB experience
  • Ability to design and assist others in the design of the many new features that are being added
  • Ability to work with and guide your team and provide feedback regarding their performance
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects with tight timelines
  • Desire to help other programmers and game designers create the most amazing games possible
