Job Description

    As an associate on the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) team at Gartner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the companys mission-critical sales priorities and driving tactical and analytical insights for the sales force that delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue. You will be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales force, which is striving for sustained double-digit growth. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force of over 5,000 associates selling to every major function, industry, and market sector worldwide.**Key Responsibilities:**- Drive operational improvements and automation capabilities to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality across technology delivery and deployment processes.- Support the product manager in evolving usage analytics to identify unknown user behavior and technology anomalies for further tool improvement and quick identification of production issues.- Assist in managing and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and IT to champion the technology roadmap.- Act as the software product lead on the Technology and Reporting team, defining, delivering, and supporting tools and reports for over 6,000 global sales associates.- Support the product manager in designing, delivering, and managing products within the GSSO portfolio to enable successful execution of Gartner programs at scale.- Own business requirement gathering, definition, prioritization, and work closely with IT in defining product delivery plans and resolving day-to-day risks and issues.- Oversee integration and support initiatives for ServiceNow, and implement process standardization and optimization.- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights into platform usage and performance.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree with strong written and verbal communication skills; MBA is a plus.- 4 years of experience across business operations and technology.- Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow, enterprise information systems, and data models.- Experience in managing and implementing CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.- Experience using analytics platforms for designing impactful business insights.- Experience in customer support/service management and driving product adoption.- Strong project and program management skills with a track record of leading initiatives.- Proficiency in Agile principles and processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.At Gartner, you will be part of a collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity and offers professional development and unlimited growth opportunities.
