Job Description

Jobs Responsibility

  • Looking for one who have hands on experience on multiple technologies amongst Firewall / SDWAN / NSX / PIM PAM / END POINT / DLP / EDR / ENCRYTION / DNS Security / WAF/Proxy / Server Security / IPS / Email Security / VAPT / SIEM / Multifactor Authentication , these could be your key words.
  • Strong hands on experience , should have implemented and worked on various security solutions from Network , End Point , IRM , Security Analytics and Cloud.
  • Ability and experience of working in both pre-sales and post-sales capacity for larger enterprise accounts
  • Assessing an account s technical requirements, design the sow and accordingly guide the team for implementation.
  • Orchestrating proof-of-concept evaluations and help provide technical assistance during the evaluation process
  • Onboarding and initiating new client services with clearing defining the scope of work and deliverables of the team
  • Performing initial security assessments and services planning with the customer
  • Working with sales team to define and execute a services plan that creates a long-term relationship with the customer
  • Analyzing incidents, tuning and refining solution configuration, and communicating with account s technical and operational personnel.Manage the teams learning curve and plan for certifications for the individual team member as per OEM alignment for various technologies
