    • Experience:1-5 yrs in handling End-To-End Recruitment for Non-IT Industry
    • Proficiency in MS-Office and relevant softwares
    • Must have his own Laptop/Desktop with min. Win 10 and i3 processor + Wi-Fi (any)+ power backup support
    • Proficient in handling Job portals, Ad posting
    • Any Graduate/Post Graduate can apply.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage team of Recruiters and generate business from them
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
    • Keeping Effective Coordination with Clients over Call, Email and WhatsApp groups
    • Provide full time training and support to team members
    • Manage End To end Recruitment process
    • Conduct candidate screening and interviewing
    • Daily Reporting to the Director.
