Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Daily workflow management to ensure maximum capacity utilization & timely release of excesscapacity to the project pool.
  • Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles of absenteeism, erratic workflow,adhoc requests, etc.
  • Being proactive in taking up new challenges & increase scope for self-exposure.
  • Constant communication with the clients through calls & mails.
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done.
  • Ability to learn quickly & teach team members on process nuances.
  • Ability to review reports & take actions based on data.
  • Prepare accurate reports & submit timely to the desired audience.
  • Perform Random quality checks on volumes processed by the team members.
  • Conduct daily huddles & provide timely process updates to maintain quality.
  • Be a people person by conducting regular one on one, empathize with people concerns, escalatetimely on issues, target the problem and not the person attitude.
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced, team oriented environment.
  • Review QC feedbacks and devise ways to improve quality of the team.
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure.
  • Should be able to Manage Change.
  • Understand and adhere to all Company policies, including but not limited to security, tradesecrets and confidentiality of all information.
  • Any other duties assigned by manager.
Skills Required
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree is commerce preferred.
  • Good communication skills is must for Team Leader profile.
  • Training Skills to conduct process, refresher, basic soft skills training for team members
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office- excel and PowerPoint
