Job Description Oversee the lead management and customer service operations of their team Ensure that the executives meet the monthly targets and meet customer service standards Seggregate and assign leads across the executives Prepare andsend reports to the manager on the targets achieved on regular basis Periodic review of team performance Ensure team is properly trained in products , processes and technology required for calling Coordinate and work withquality and training teams to meet quality standards Generate referral leads from existing customers Desired Candidate Profile Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard Prior experience in handling sales teams in loans or similar products like credit card , deposits , insurance , mutual funds etc. Minimum 1 year experience in team handling Must have studied Maths at least till Class XII and should be proficient with Mental Maths Strong command over English Keen to work hard , punctual and having a zest for learning Eye for detail and comfortable working with processes and technology Ability to think quickly and come up with practical solutions for smooth sales process and maximising business,
