Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe person selected will be working with the transformational programme for the IAM function of the customer. The team carries out following key tasks provisioning/de-provisioning, access review and recertification, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access related activities. Requirement Definition and Analysis Phase 1. Review operational processes written by the Business Analysts. Operations SME will be available to support the review process2. Captures existing rules, Refine them as appropriate for underlying processes.3. Understand configuration required to make processes work in new system. Interact with programme architects and vendor partner to understand. 4. Identify Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies for the processes that might impact operational processes.5. Identify the mitigation actions their owners in consultation with the Project Manager and Operations SMEs. Project Phase - Testing 6. Expand test scenarios to the test cases. That cover functional, negative, exceptional and boundary values testing. 7. Conduct the regression testing and defect verification when defect fixes are delivered.8. Participate during defect triaging, within programme and with vendors. Roll Out - Operational Readiness 9. Review training material, guiding notes / cheat sheets and handouts for quick access to the users 10. Enrich FAQ section for wider audience 11. Conduct training of Operations team, Customer and end users of applications.Must Have The Must Have to have , He dont have any experience . 1. Worked in the Agile development environment2. Immediate 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain3. Experience in transformational project for IAM technologies. 4. Hands on experience on IAM products preferably from Microfocus and/or Saviynt. 5. Very good understanding of operational processes:- Provisioning/de-provisioning, Access review, Recertification, Role management, Access request support, audit support, and other access related activities. 6. Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals & technologies. Working Experience with NetIQ IAM technologies such as NetIQ eDIR (Identity Manager), RSA Aveksa Compliance Manager or knowledge of Saviynt Solution 7. Understanding of Role Based Access Control, Risk Based Access Control, Role Engineering techniques, and analytical skills 8. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders Good To have 9. Knowledge of Information Security Concepts and Domains, primarily in Access Control 10. MCSE, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP will be an advantage 11. Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threats 12.
