Technical Business Analyst/Agile Product OwnerThe Enterprise EyeQ team within the development group at IHS Markit is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst to support development and delivery of Enterprise EyeQ solutions. This team is responsible for the development and support of Enterprise EyeQ product and adding new features and enhancements to enable strategic and commercial roadmap items in the product line.The role requires the candidate to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analysis skillstowork closely with product management and Sales and establish the requirements for the Development team. The successful candidate will be process oriented and have a good understanding ofAgile development methodologies and lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable ina fast-paced environment and be flexible to adapt to changes. The candidate will work closely with the Product team and developers to deliver projectchange. The candidate will be expected to work with teams in the United States and India. Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct requirements analysis, model business processes using process diagrams, flowcharts, data models, decision models. Document as-is and to-be process diagrams.
• Proactively represent the development teams and lead gathering and compilation of well elicited product features and requirements withgreat detail.
• Possess a good foundation on the technical components, including but not limited to standard Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) workflows and typical web application development approaches. Exposure to Databases and ability to work with SQL is an advantage.
• Ability to translate the functional requirements to developer friendly technical requirements.
• Very familiar with different Dev tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, and ability to translate the requirements into content that can facilitate the SCRUM development needs of the team using the tool of choice.

• Emphasize and exhibit great attention to detail in eliciting required clarity to remove impediments for the team to function smoothly.
• Explore methods of user interaction utilizing use cases, storyboards, wireframes, and user stories. Assess proposed solutions and their ability to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Document functional analysis and create detailed business requirements; analyze and suggest improvements to business processes with system solutions, and make system recommendations to meet project needs, participate in projects to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
• Design and implement testing strategy and test plans based on system specifications, business requirements or user stories
• Work collaboratively with project teams, end users/stakeholders to analyze, understand, and document the business processes or needs. Engage with the development team by communicating requirements and functional specifications.

• Communicate effectively with all cross-functional team members and stakeholders on technical and non-technical topics
• Coordinate with Quality Analysts to construct the relevant test cases for validation
• Working with large volumes of data and applications dealing with largevolumes of data is a plus
• Exposure toQuality Analysis techniques and tools is a plus
• Experience working in the Automotive industry is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands on experiencewith development tools supporting the agile development lifecycle:Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams.
• Enough exposure to technology to relate to the requirements
• Experience working in an Agile software development organization

• Exposure to SQL, DB, Object-oriented languages (general technology know-how), would be desirable
• Knowledgein Testing Management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps and various scripting tools
• Experience with Web services testing would be desirable
• Strong Analytical & Communication skills
• Good Knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case definition and other Business Analysis techniques

• Proven experience translating software requirements/stories intoaccurate and complete product backlog items
• Exposure tosoftware test plan design and implementation
• Experience in the Automotive Industry preferable
• Bachelor s orMaster s Degree preferred
• 6-8 yearsor moreof relevant professional experience
