We are looking a Technical Trainer to join our office. As a Product Trainer you will be responsible performing internal and external software product training via virtual and face-to-face interactions. You would also be responsible being a subject matter expert on all the BirdEye products, and have the ability to transfer detailed product usability knowledge to various student proficiency levels. The ideal candidate will effectively create content, deliver and facilitate online and in-person classroom training. Candidate should be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, customer centric and sales focused entrepreneurial environment. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or in consultation with managers. Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and training programs employees. Keep up with product developments by interacting with designers and engineers. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. Create and develop training guides, decks, videos and other training content new hire, refresher and new feature launch training across the organisation. Regular curriculum enhancement with product enhancements. Presents, demonstrates and explains complex subjects and processes in a clear and interesting way. Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live classroom environment Evaluating effectiveness of training with input from attendees and managers. This will report to Director Training requirements Comfortable with flexible work schedules. Shift: US as required. Digital marketing experience and vertical knowledge of various industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2-4 of training content creation and live technical training Self-starter with experience working in smaller teams and taking initiative on new projects Experience using a CRM is a plus but not Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, online customer acquisition and return goals Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direction Work closely with a cross functional team of highly motivated and intelligent folks with a unique range of startup and enterprise experience Catered meals, unlimited in-house snacks & drinks Growth, Development and which accompany a high-growth organization BirdEye is a Customer Driven Marketing all-in-one platform built from the ground up to help businesses turn every customer into a happy customer.
