Job Description

*Role Summary: Schneider Electric is looking for a Technical Solution Manager in charge of leading and managing the SE Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for integration programs and platform evolutions.The role will include:

  • Own and drive technical solution strategy, design and implementation
  • Collaborate with architecture team on the target architecture
  • Drive system to system integrations using API first approach with application integration teams
  • Lead the technical workstream for integration and enhancement projects through all project phases
  • Build a good level of understanding of all the applications that request to integrate with the DAM.
  • Deliver the out of the box integrations which can easily be plugged in other applications
  • Analyze and validate business and technical requirements to be solutioned
  • Address the pain areas within the application
  • Maintain technical and process documentation
  • Manage vendor statements of work and contracts
  • Plan and lead the development of the solution in all environments

  • Expertise on REST API, OpenAPI Specification and integrations
  • Advanced analytical skills to deal with complex problems solving
  • Project management
  • Problem anticipation and problem-solving ability across the landscape
  • Synthetical skills to simply explain a complex topic to non-technical people
  • Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Core Technology (at least 3 programming languages and 2 package software implementations, network and database basic concepts, integration and API)
