Job Description

We at CONVERGYS ( now CONCENTRIX ) are HIRING for Technical Support - (Networking/Server/Enterprise support)Job Description / Requirement:

  • Undergraduates/Graduates with minimum 1 year technical experience
  • Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment, Outlook issues, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup, Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2 , Storage , Exchange 2007/2010/2013 required.
  • Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.
  • Process operates on a callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers talk to the customers .They require assistance with troubleshooting on 2003,2008, 2008r2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007.
  • Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Operating System
  • Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010.
  • Should be ready work in a 24/7 US Voice program.
  • Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
  • Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Work in (24*7) shift including night shifts & Rotational Offs
  • Internal Students not eligible
Certifications (Preferable):-
  • Exam 70-640(Windows Server 2008)
  • Exam 70-662(Exchange 2010)
  • Exam 70-321(Deploying Office 365)
  • Exam 70-323(Administering Office 365)
