Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and contract award.
    • Manage tender estimation, costing, and budgeting for projects.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of tenders received from various sources (e.g., government agencies).
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to tender management.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 4-9 years of experience in infrastructure development or construction industry.
    • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant field; MBA preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Bid Evaluation, Tender Analysis, Tender Estimation, Tender Management, Tender Preparation skills.
