Job Description

    Advantage/Nice to have: FIX protocol Responsibilities Are you the one we are looking for
    • Ensuring the quality of the project deliverables and will be reporting issues, progress and risks in sprints, projects and automation initiatives.
    • Identifying risks and issues related to Quality for the projects you ll be working on, identifying the appropriate test scope based on the requirements and will be balancing changing priorities within an Agile process.
    Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in technology
    • Relevant work experience in software application testing:
    • Identify automation tool and design automation framework for complex applications with multiple type of interfaces
    • Testing in an Agile and Scrum framework
    • Open to developers who are willing to do test automation
    • Technology Experience on:
    • Robot Framework or any REST/SOAP/WCF/WEB API test automation framework
    • C, C#.Net, Java or VB Programming or any programming language
    • FIX Protocol
    • UNIX or LINUX
    • SQL or other related database
    • BDD (Cucumber,Specflow)
    • CI/CD tools (JIRA, Bitbucket and Bamboo)
    • Kafka or any stream processing software (e.g. Active MQ etc)
    Preferred qualifications
    • Have strong experience conducting system integration and work with Test team to build automated test cases
    • Financial industry experience would be highly regarded
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and Analytical skills
    • Initiative, teamwork and a collaborative attitude, and a fast learner
    • Can work well under time pressure
    • Can navigate through vague specifications and requirements and coordinate and engage relevant stakeholders to obtain clarity on expectations
    • Demonstrable track record of ownership and accountability
    • Willingness to work in different time zones, if needed
    • Preferably with a Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, Math major or equivalent
