Incedo is looking for Test Manager who lead product quality can understand networking products and customer requirements for Routing/Switching and Firewall product lines for Industrial Networking.Primary Skills: Build Test Strategy for different test teams. Review test design, setup and topologies Understand Customer deployment scenarios. Product testing mindset for mission critical products Previous experience in creating CI plan and developing Sanity/Regression integrated with Jenkins. Test automation and related automation framework enhancements (Python) Ensuring and enhancing the test coverage for a better quality product Team building capabilities, hiring right candidates, doing performance evaluation, Identify specific training needs, defining roadmap and mentoring and coaching team members/peers. Capability to develop highly motivated teams. Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams and to work across geographies and time zones Leadership to independently take initiative while still working collaboratively within the product Development team, demonstrating good judgment in generating and evaluating alternative approaches to address business and technical challenges . Exposure to derive Certifications like UL, Profinet, ENIP, AT&T, Verizon for telecommunication equipment will be a plus. Secondary Skills: Creating enrollment with team will be key to this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong process orientation, any previous working experience with Germans client will be added advantage.,
