Consults with senior peers and management on complex issues to learn through experience. Our determination to be the best that FIS has to offer rings true with each team member through training, knowledge and a desire to excel in the financial world.What You Will Be DoingWork with different stakeholders towards data gathering, attendance and raining coverage reports.Transform manual reporting to automated dashboards.Conduct On demand advance excel and power BI training for various departments.Maintain employee details in headcount file for different geographies.Maintain attendance for trainings across different LOB.Responsible for maintaining training MIS for various BPM processes and monthly dashboard.Manage Adhoc reporting and support business requests for attrition and other training data.Work with team to build custom training reports, feedback analysis and PPT/ decks for business and senior leadership reviews.Conducts evaluations and develops new programs to address individual, departmental or company needs.
