This position is required for supporting the Business Transformation activities within the framework of Offer Data End2End program. Mainly responsible to provide & support activities around trainings users across globe on the tool/applications for Offer Data & Assets Management (PIM, EDMS, CDQT, ).Key Responsibilities:(1) Support the training activities on the tool/applications for Offer Data & Assets Managemento Provide RUN training to the users as per planned training calendar.o Ensure the training/topic is well understood by the userso Provide live step by step demo of the processes during the training sessionso Closely work with the Expert Trainer/Product Owners on any identified issues & respective resolutiono During training, if some question/query remained unanswered, always provide all the details later by checking with the right contact about the details to shareo Track the attendance of all participants for tracking purpose(2) Work towards the strategy of Training & Communication improvemento Continuously work on improving & enhancing the content of the training material & supporting documentso Ensure that all the information is well documented & understandable to the userso Ensure that all the information/processes are shared with the key userso Support on creating videos on the trainingo Create/support on creating FAQ documentso Purpose new ideas on improving the training strategy(3) Maintain good relationships with the users (Countries, LoBs, other key people)o Propose and implement any improvement in methodology, process and management to increase program efficiency at the users endo Take immediate actions on issues reported to you & route/inform to the appropriate teamo Coordinate & collaborate with the new users of the system after the training for any issue & support them on the process/queryo Support on the activities around improving the user s satisfaction(4) Continuously acquire knowledge on the new processes/areaso Get informed with product owner team about all PIM/EDMS/CDQT process with new releases.o Keep a close contact with the Product Owners to acquire information of issues/work around/bug-fixing & other detailso Always participate to the Train The Trainer sessions for new releases, *Experience & Key Skills:EssentialDesirableBachelor s Degree/ B Tech in Computer Application/ B Tech with 3-4 year working preferably in Service or Support domain. Video Editing, Content Authoring MS Office suite tools. Experience as Trainer/Training Specialist Knowledge or Experience in Product Information Management/Content Management Experience in STIBO systems will be a PLUS. Excellent Communication& Presentation Skills in order to clearly communicate & knows ways to be engaging and helpful during trainings Enthusiasm for Learning & then training people Willingness to work in Schneider Digital teams which provides Marketing Information of our products on the Web. Personal Qualities & Behavior Traits:EssentialDesirableProven Domain Trainer with good Communication and Presentation skills. Be adaptable in the team, proactive & initiative. Self-motivator and a good team player. Should be open to work in cross cultural dynamic environment. Team player, Collaborator English is mandatory for all. French is key for French locationFrench is recommended, but not mandatory Capability to work in Extended hours (late during the day: for any critical task) with exceptional possibility to be on limited call during Week-end Capability to work in Rotational shift, as per team needs.
