Job Description

    Role Profile Training Lead Role Definition Responsible for designing and managing org wide training andcapability building programs. Roles and Responsibilities Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs thatadhere to organizational objectives Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, requiredresources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existinginitiatives. Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investmentin mind Manage vendors and procurement processes for capabilitybuilding programs. Manage stakeholders and be accountable fordelivering against established business goals/objectives Plan andcontrol deadlines, budgets and activities. Work with other programmanagers to identify risks and opportunities across different programsoffered by TT Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, andproduce program reports for management and stakeholders Certifications and Assessments Education Graduate Knowledge Must Have Excellent problem-solving ability Logical reasoning and data oriented techniques ofprogram management Understanding of program management techniquesand methods Knowledge of program performance evaluation and changemanagement principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Good to have Experience Must Have Project/ProgramManagement Vendor and stake holder management Good to have Training deliveryand management experience Behavioral Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellentpresentation skills Goal and data orriented High LearningAgility - Able to learn quickly and implement Innovative and risktaking ability Strategic thinking ability HRO,
