Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems Amadeus or worldspan Customer service to Assist them to book flights and travel assistance Knowledge of Geographical Area Ticketing Sales ( International and Domestic) Should be willing to do Cross Selling Handling any functions like Ticketing, Reservations, Fare Construction, Fare audit, Fare filling, etc. Maintain accuracy of information given and documented, car hire, travel insurance, hotel reservation. Maintain accuracy of information given and documented. Handling Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, refund, cancellation etc. Profile: Has good Knowledge of flights reservations, cancellations, schedule change, etc. Good knowledge of GDS Good Communication Skills. Can think out of the box . Must have knowledge to make itineraries Good working knowledge of computers Good Customer handling exposure Strong Convincing skills ,
