Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are actively hiring for an Assistant Director position for a Big 4 Consulting Client for its Non- IT Program Management/ Project Management team.Years of Experience-
    • Assistant Director (11 - 17 years of relevant exp.)
    • Current CTC of candidates should be within 25 LPA on which hike as per company standards will be given.
    Project Management responsibilities
    • Work closely with Company leaders across different geographies in designing, leading and
    implementing internal business programs of varying size and complexity
    • Perform rapid assessment of landscape for clients and provide insights to accelerate action
    towards refining their current state
    • Drive decision making and be the trusted advisor to the stakeholders
    • Explore and co-create solutions that address the needs of clients
    • Drive and build upon a culture of continuous improvement by developing innovative ideas
    • Develop detailed project plans, anticipate risks and plan mitigations ahead of time
    • Effectively collaborate with multiple and diverse set of stakeholders in a global environment
    • Deploy your core skills (particularly Project Management) to lead the initiative with governance
    and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence
    • Drive effective change management initiatives plans post identifying stakeholder challenges and understanding expectations
    • Conducting Change Impact Analysis and Change Readiness Assessment and give
    recommendations that are actionable on immediate and long-term basis
    • Explore and co-create solutions to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
    Experience working in the Big 4 professional services firms and other global managementconsultancies is highly desirable
    • MBA or equivalent advanced education is preferable
    • Certification in Project Management (PRINCE II, PMP), Agile methodology (SCRUM), Change
