In this role, you will review flagged product listings to ensure compliance with product listing policies. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing flagged items, identifying issues, and taking corrective actions according to established guidelines. The aim is to uphold the integrity of the product catalog and ensure compliance across listings.Responsibilities:Review and analyze flagged product listings for potential policy violations.Assess items for compliance with product listing guidelines while maintaining accuracy.Resolve tickets efficiently and accurately following predefined workflows and guidelines.Document and escalate ambiguous or unclear cases to the appropriate teams.Collaborate with team members to identify trends and suggest improvements for the review process.Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while meeting daily and weekly targets.Stay updated on policy changes and integrate them into the review process.Eligibility:Proficient in written English communication.Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer/laptop.Willingness to work night or rotational shifts (shift rotation every 1-2 months).Must stay logged into the common bridge throughout the shift.Freshers are welcome to apply.Working Details:Workdays: 5 days a week.Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home).Shifts: Rotational shifts with two weekly offs.Remuneration:Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 per month.Why Choose AcuittyTech Night shift allowance.Frequent overtime opportunities with competitive pay.Provide support to sellers on the e-commerce platform of one of the worlds largest companies.Paid training and on-the-job training (OJT) with live support.Access to a comprehensive knowledge base for reference.Opportunities for quick career advancement as part of our growing team.Join AcuittyTech today to contribute to a thriving organization that values its people and promotes excellence.Important Notice:Please be advised that we do not charge any fees for our services.
