Job Description

  • Designation: Consultant
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Shift Timings: 11.00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to Manager/AVP
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate with 2-4 years
  • experience in Marketing & Sales procurement in the global scenario PO Creation, Vendor Empanelment and Negotiation.
Key Accountabilities:-
  1. Working with global stakeholders (based majorly in EU and US)
  2. Understanding of Vendor Agreements knowledge of important T&Cs from procurement standpoint
  3. Liaising with vendors and internal business stakeholders like Business, Vendor Governance Office, Legal and Accounts Payable through the procurement cycle
  4. Vendor Onboarding Follow up with vendors for empanelment documents
  5. Responsible for PO Creation and sharing the same with the vendor
  6. MIS & reporting maintaining various trackers for managing data related to vendors, saving numbers etc.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
  2. Robust verbal and written communication Skills (English)
  3. Sound Negotiation Skills
  4. Strong Excel Skills/ MIS Reporting Skill.
