Job Description

    • Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients
    • Coordinate with the clients/hiring managers to understand the details of JD.
    • Market research and competition mappiing
    • Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement
    • Research on Linkedin and focus on building relations with Senior professionals in Industry.
    • Manage team of recruiters on behalf of TL
    • Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
    Itwould be5 days working & Remote job #fulltimeKey Skills:-
    • The candidate should have excellent communication skills.
    • Have to be SHARP, Hardworking, and Target oriented.
    • Have to be Flexible and Adaptable to changing business needs. Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects.
