Job Description

We have an urgent opening with Zomato Chat process

  • Candidate will be resolving the issues of the customers through Chat
  • 50% Chat and 50% Calls to merchants
  • Need to give resolution to the customers queries regarding their orders and other general queries
  • Will be coordinating with the restaurants/delivery team incase the order does not reach to the customers on estimated time
