MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging a team of monitoring and evaluation officers and program implementation associates.Regularly collaborating the reports of the team and analyzing their performance.Reporting directly to the Operationsheadregarding the operations teamperformanceTo supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications andvalidationsTo record, manage and preserve monitoringandevaluation data in a safe and accessiblewayTo analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring dataProvide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager andPartners.Ensure that implementation of field activitiesadheresto STEMs monitoringandevaluation systemTo be a single point of contact between the sales team and operationsteamAttending client meetings with Business DevelopmentTeamCommunicating with client partners for sharing relevant reportsSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:-MonitoringDevelop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the projects in line with project LFA and consulting with programme team andpartnersCoordinate with Implementing Partners (IPs)forcollecting data against agreed indicatorsEngage with IPs to collect and manage essential data of their respectiveprojectsEnsure quality of data collected bypartnersProvide feedback to partners and program teams on projects performance based on monitoring datafindingsEvaluationAssist Manager in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations(mid-term andend-line)Assist Manager in designing and conducting Post Implementation MonitoringSurveyAssist Manager in conducting Program DataReviewSupport partners in designinganddisseminating research studies by providing relevantinputReporting and DocumentationPreparing a full proof report for the entireprojectAssist Manager in developing quarterly, six-month and annualreportsDevelop and share field visit reports with relevantteamPlanningAssist Operations Head during multi-year plan andbudgetAssist Operations Head in reviewing projectplansEnsure quality of data/ statisticsinprojectplansLearning and SharingShare learning from M&E process with the widerteamSupport partnersinimproving learningandsharing mechanisms in theirprojectsPromote culture of two way learning in theorganizationContribution to Effectiveness of the Program andSTEMWork collaboratively with different program for strengthening integration and cross- learning inprogramProactively volunteer for various teamactivitiesShow an eagerness to take on any other tasks assigned by the linemanagerInterested candidates please share updated resume on hr.kaustubh01@gmail.com
