Dear Candidate, We have urgent opening for urgent opening for Quantity Surveyor(Billing)location Gurugram salary 30 to55kindustry Real Estate.JOB DESCRIPTIONTo verify stage completion and verify scheduled bills accordingly. To perform physical measurement at site and ensure that the invoice generated bythe contractor is as per the accurate measurement for all items as claimed in RABill. To verify whether the rate given by contractors is as per the purchase order. To take invoice from contractor and generate service entry sheet. Identifying extra items claimed or raised for its approval and analyzing its rates. Identification of extra items of as approved && allowed as per site need. To raise and issue debit notes to the contractors where in case excess paymentsmade if any. To ensure and confirm in consultation with HP/AGM for the variance in thequantity and measurements in case of increase in quantity and varying from theBOQ quantity. To get details provided by contractor and get them verified && approved from thePM. To coordinate with the contractors to update their payments of vendor /suppliers/staff && labour. Reconciliation of client bill quantities, PRW quantities material, labourmachinerys && unit rates of key items. To coordinate with the projects team and President (Projects) for vendoroutstanding. To consolidate the vendor outstanding and communicate it to the project team. To compile all the bills and submit it to the HO with prior approval of (PresidentProjects). Assisting for addendums, FCO and contract amendments for contract works andtake the approval for the same from (President Projects).
