    Exp -3+ yrs.Location Delhi Moti NagarWork Mode -WFOProfile : Dialer Management and troubleshooting profilePosition : Voice Engineer - 1Experience : 3+ years managing system Asterisk based dialerJob Responsibilities:Setting up new dialer campaigns/configuring IVR/ Outbound list management on dialerConfigure and troubleshoot GSM/SIP/PRI interfaceTaking Backup of Asterisk and SIP serversManaging and troubleshooting dialer/ IVR /hardware/network/PRI/SIP based issue for dialer .Monitoring Server health and backup procedureUnderstand and resolve end user issues related to dialerCoordinate with dialer vendor to resolve outages.Job Requirement:Must have experience in BPO/Call center environment in a 24x7x365 client services environment.Should have good command over Asterisk CLI and its commandsMust have had hands-on experience in working and managing Asterisk based dialer platform (Contaque preffered)Must have created and managed campaign/IVR/ Trunk (SIP/PRI)/ asterisk level configuration/GSM GatewayShould have had hands-on experience in validating common reports like disposition/inbound / outbound callMust have had hands on experience in managing Linux OS using CLI (rsync, samba , etc.)Should have had hands on experience in reviewing logs for troubleshooting
