Profile: US IT recruiterJob location: Sector 48, GurgaonSalary offered: Up to 6 LacsMinimum experience: 3 yrs in US IT recruitmentWorking days: Monday - FridayShift timings: 6:30 pm - 3:00 amOther benefits: Incentives, Pick & drop facilityNote: Job is available for Male candidates onlyResponsibilities and Duties:

  • Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
  • Strong experience and understanding of US citizen Hiring, green card, H1b, H4Ead, etc visa type and capable of getting experienced candidates
  • Must be willing to work during Night Shifts - US timings
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle a small team of IT recruiter(s)
  • Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Indeed and social media Platforms
  • Experience in hiring US citizen and green card candidates from Job portals and in all modes of hiring like Corp to Corp and W2
  • Strong experience and understanding of US Hiring and capable of getting experienced consultants based on the given specific job description
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
  • Must be having capability to work with a team or individually
  • Be accountable for revenue targets.
