As part of our project team, the successful candidate will cultivate a culture of User Experience in the development process. In close cooperation with Product managers, System Managers, user researchers, interaction designers, visual designers, architects, developers and testers you will design products that are valuable, support users tasks and goals efficiently and effectively, that are easy and appealing to use.The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, willing to be challenged by management, specialists, development teams and customers, as well as work thoughtfully in building bridges between our offices globally.You will!

  • Advance and support business needs by improving the value of product in the BSS/OSS domain context; especially Telecom CRM domain
  • Collaboratively evolve the functionality of our product, along with SPMs and SMs. Develop and manage user mapping as well as, User experience guidelines and acceptance criteria
  • Support and review the artifacts vital to contribute to a robust Agile development cycle, including annotated sketches, low fidelity comps/wireframes, user and transaction flows, site maps, prototypes and navigation models
  • Analyze usability studies in the context of the domain and make recommendations on your findings to help drive the direction and design of products
  • Design outstanding user experiences (user research, user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, as well as the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, user interface elements, icons, animations, transitions) in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Work directly with multi-functional teams of business partners, developers, and usability engineers to design, develop, and implement innovative & ground breaking UIs.
  • Promote and contribute to evolving our branding, user-centered design ways of working, new interface guidelines and design patterns
  • Help inspire change by communicating findings to partners in the company
To be successful in the role you must have
  • Solid knowledge in UX driven development including demonstrable experience with different UX deliverables and the ability to adapt them to different users, projects and constraints
  • Solid visual/graphical design understanding skills
