Your role as UX Designer would be to identify right problems to solve, understand nuances, and create huge impact through user research and bringing in high degree of user empathy. You will be working with the product and technology teams directly across all/any of the product lines - Full truck, Express/Part truck load, Cold chain, Marketplace and new business lines as they get added.You will collaborate with product team to define clear user flows and UI specification for engineering team.
