Job Description

    -You reveal what users need from our products by conducting primary and secondary research, exploring behaviors and motivations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and working with teams of designers, product managers, engineers, and others to develop new features. Most importantly, you help the UX team understand what makes a users experiences feel more intuitive, accessible, and even magical.- Perform market and ethnographic research, work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.- Conduct primary and secondary research, conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.- Perform usability studies with consumers.- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.- Collaborate with designers, researchers, legal, marketing, product managers, and engineers. Who You Are : - 2+ years of relevant industry experience.- Experience doing primary and secondary research, conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.- Knowledge of technology, and related products, including web and mobile UI and tools.- Familiarity with design, technology and research principles.- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) engineering, design, and product management teams.,
